Engage FAQ

FAQs

Is there a way to pass a minimum expected CPI as a filter through the Engage integration?

There is no way for us to filter for a CPI minimum (i.e., only send you studies of X CPI and nothing lower.) We send opportunities for the user based on where we think you will convert the highest and you are able to choose based on the project specs, including CPI, if you want to send the user into that study.

How many digits are there in the project ID value that is passed through Engage?

The project ID is a numeric sequence, and the current max value is around 1466000 (only 7 digits).

Survey ranking - Engage provides up to 10 surveys for each user call. Could you please indicate whether there is a ranking logic on the way the results are shown? If so, what would that be?

Yes, engagements are returned in order of priority.

Why would it be the case that new users have no match under engage?

To evaluate a respondent they must exist in Dynata database. Use put-respondent endpoint to create the respondent before calling list-engagements for the first time. Minimally, a respondent should be created with their birth_date, gender, and postal_code to ensure a match.
